Terms and conditions of the service

Each order sent to OBW srl is equivalent to a contractual proposal from the customer. Therefore, it is binding for OBW srl only if:
- it is complete in all its parts
- it contains all the elements necessary to correctly identify the ordered products
- it is confirmed and accepted by OBW srl.

OBW srl reserves the right not to accept orders that are incomplete or lack the data necessary for their fulfillment. The documentation for tax purposes relating to the ordered products is issued by OBW srl at the time of shipment of the same to the customer. OBW srl ships all over the world via couriers GLS, BARTOLINI, UPS, POSTE ITALIANE, DHL.
Shipments by OBW srl will take place from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm; Orders received after this time will be processed the next working day.
Delivery generally takes place within 48/72 hours, throughout Europe from the moment the package is taken over by the express courier.

OBW srl provides for the possibility of exchanging the item purchased online provided that the products are in the same condition in which they were received and provided with a shipping note that proves the purchase.

2) EXCHANGE: you must send an email to cambieresi@sonten.com specifying the reason for the product replacement request, the item you wish to receive in exchange and a telephone number.
The cost of the EXCHANGE is 12 € for the GLS service which includes the collection of the product to be replaced and the shipment of what is requested
Following the request for EXCHANGE, the customer will receive an email with instructions for payment of the GLS service, for the shipment of the product to be exchanged and for the delivery of the new product.
When OBW receives the payment, the product can be replaced.
The product will be changed only if the following precautions are carried out:

Return policy
